               There are many famous Chinese dishes. Most of them are fried, steam or soup. But,  I'll tell you about some of unseen menus that very few people know it. Please enjoy these menus.      First menu is Chinese BBQ. Chinese people call it 'Shao Kao' or Thai people know it with the name 'Ma La'.  Many Thai people misunderstand about the name. Because the word Ma La isn't the name but it is the taste of this menu. Ma is a Chinese word mean 'numb' and La is mean 'Spicy'. Not only people eat them as a BBQ stick.
