This can be a sign of a big change in the world of motoring.     But in China. They have been used an E-bike or electric bike for many years ago. Chapter 2 : Eat with Chinese

               There are many famous Chinese dishes. Most of them are fried, steam or soup. But,  I'll tell you about some of unseen menus that very few people know it. Please enjoy these menus.      First menu is Chinese BBQ. Chinese people call it 'Shao Kao' or Thai people know it with the name 'Ma La'.  Many Thai people misunderstand about the name. Because the word Ma La isn't the name but it is the taste of this menu. Ma is a Chinese word mean 'numb' and La is mean 'Spicy'. Not only people eat them as a BBQ stick. But they also eat them as a buffet which grill it themselves in an electric fry pan as well. The second menu is a Yunnan noodles or Crossing-the-bridge noodles. In Chinese they call 'Yúnnán guò qiáo mǐxiàn' (过桥米线). It is a rice noodles with soup and meat, chicken or pork. They usually eat with pickled radish and chili paste.
