     Nowadays, many people are interesting in the clean power. And many countries are reducing the oil using. A lot of companies are present their electric vehicles. This can be a sign of a big change in the world of motoring.     But in China. They have been used an E-bike or electric bike for many years ago. It not only reduce a air pollution and save the world. But it also reduce the noise pollution from the silent sound. At the present, there are a lot of E-bike users in China. You can see them everywhere you go. But E-bike has many cons as well. First, the old E-bike may has a unstable battery. When you ride to a place where very far from you place. It might be stall along the way. Next, Because of a silent sound. There are many accidents  from people who cross the road. And the last one. E-bike has a maximum speed at 60 km/h. Chapter 2 : Eat with Chinese

               There are many famous Chinese dishes. Most of them are fried, steam or soup. But,  I'll tell you about some of unseen menus that very few people know it. Please enjoy these menus.      First menu is Chinese BBQ. Chinese people call it 'Shao Kao' or Thai people know it with the name 'Ma La'.  Many Thai people misunderstand about the name. Because the word Ma La isn't the name but it is the taste of this menu. Ma is a Chinese word mean 'numb' and La is mean 'Spicy'. Not only people eat them as a BBQ stick. But they also eat them as a buffet which grill it themselves in an electric fry pan as well. The second menu is a Yunnan noodles or Crossing-the-bridge noodles. In Chinese they call 'Yúnnán guò qiáo mǐxiàn' (过桥米线). It is a rice noodles with soup and meat, chicken or pork. They usually eat with pickled radish and chili paste. Chapter 1 : Fly to Kunming

          Nowadays, Traveling to Kunming, Yunnan, China is more convenient than the past. There have a R3A road to connect Thailand and another ASEAN countries with China. Many airlines have flights from China to Thailand and Thailand to China in many cities as well          This chapter, I'll explain about one of the way to Kunming, flying. At the present, There is an only one airline which has a direct flight to Kunming : China Eastern Airlines. But in the past, Thai Airways also has a direct flight from Chiang Mai to Kunming as well (Cencelled on June 2018). The Flight no. is TG612. The flight time takes 1 and half hours. They use a wide-body aircraft, Airbus A330-300 for the flight. This Flight is a full service. So, they serve us a On-board meal. It's a Shrimp salad with the apple cake, Soft drinks,Orange juice and Alcoholic. They don't serve a hot meal because this flight is take a time less than 2 hours....

Chapter 0 : Introduction

            China, the one of biggest country in the world.  With the old culture and herritages. Moreover, Chinese food is also the one of the famous food in the world. But there are a few person to know about the life behind that.     In 2016, I have an opportunity to be an exchange student for 1 semester at Honghe University, Yunnan, China. And that is my first time to go abroad as well. From my exchange student experience. I learned a lot of  the chinese way of life that many people haven't known before. Something made me amaze, but something also made me shock.     In this blog I'll explain about how to go there, how the live, what they eat and others about their daily life through my 136 days experience in China.
